We welcome abstracts on any aspect of III-nitride semiconductor research.

Requirements:

PDF file, maximum length of 2 pages. To include: title, list of authors and their affiliations and can include figures.
Completed abstract submission form (below). Examples of the formatting required for the authors and affiliations are shown below the text box.

On completion of the form and attachment of the PDF file, press the ‘Submit Abstract!’ button at the bottom.

Important: You will not receive an automatic email confirmation of your submission. Submission is complete when the form clears. You will then be able to submit a further abstract.
